Are you passionate about shaping a brand that attracts top talent? By taking over this dynamic and cross-functional role, you will work closely with the Brand and People & Culture teams and play a crucial role in enhancing the JustPlay brand through innovative employer branding initiatives. You’ll support us in ensuring a unified brand presentation across various recruitment channels, especially LinkedIn, and creating engaging and unique content.
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Brand and People & Culture teams to develop and refine JustPlay's employer brand strategy across various recruitment channels (LinkedIn posts, website content, etc.)
Support us in implement a cohesive tone of voice that reflects our team culture, helping to attract exceptional talent
Coordinate with external PR firms and marketing agencies to drive impactful communications projects
Nurture partnerships with charitable organizations, devising content and campaigns that highlight their missions and our commitment to social responsibility
The experience we hope you bring to JustPlay
You are currently pursuing a university degree in a related field (PR, Communications, Marketing etc.)
You have great communication skills in English
You are a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for branding and an understanding for the potential of employer branding strategies in attracting talent
Excellent communication and coordination skills and the ability of managing projects with multiple stakeholders
Experience in content creation, ideally with a focus on employer branding
