Pearl is seeking an Analyst, International Operations to turn raw HR data into real business impact, shape predictive insights for leaders, and help architect the future of workforce intelligence.
Requirements
- 1,5+ years of experience in analytics or HR operations
- Proficiency with analytical tools and systems such as Power BI, SQL (basic), Python (basic) and Excel (including macros)
- Experience with predictive analytics, modeling, or forecasting
- Experience working with project management tools like Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar platforms
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience gathering, clarifying, and prioritizing requirements
- At least upper-intermediate English level
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
