Ukraine onlyPearl is seeking an Analyst, International Operations to turn raw HR data into real business impact, shape predictive insights for leaders, and help architect the future of workforce intelligence.
Requirements
- 1,5+ years of experience in analytics or HR operations
- Proficiency with analytical tools and systems such as Power BI, SQL (basic), Python (basic) and Excel (including macros)
- Experience with predictive analytics, modeling, or forecasting
- Experience working with project management tools like Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar platforms
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience gathering, clarifying, and prioritizing requirements
- At least upper-intermediate English level
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
