JumpSeat is a hybrid creative agency advisory organization seeking a Contract Recruiter to support recruiting efforts for one of their biggest clients. The role will involve managing the full recruitment cycle for high-priority sales positions and working closely with JumpSeat leadership to identify, attract, and place top talent.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within an agency, corporate recruiting, or startup environment
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English required
- Strong familiarity with sales hiring processes and roles, including Account Executives, Sales Directors, and related sales positions
- Experience recruiting for marketing roles is also a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred
