Engineering Leader - Infrastructure & Platform

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Leader to support and enable our core Platform and Infrastructure teams in planning, executing, and delivering the Candid platform.

Requirements

• B.S. or B.A in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math or other similar degree.
• 6+ years of experience in a Software Engineering Leadership position, as a Senior Manager, or Manager of Managers.
• Track record of successfully leading people and teams to build scalable and reliable distributed systems;
• Demonstrated excellence in technical decision making;
• Successful interviewing, hiring, and mentoring product focused engineering teams;
• Collaboration with company leadership, sales, and product teams to define and execute our long-term product strategy;
