Paragon Technologies is seeking an Outside Sales Account Manager to manage customer relationships and maximize sales in the industrial component service and repair industry. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of industrial sales experience and a strong understanding of electronics, hydraulics, and mechanical components.
Requirements
- Work with Manager to create a sales plan
- Ability to manage territory, projected sales and build/maintain business relationships
- Full cycle prospecting activities including qualification of leads, cold calls, and sales presentations
- Regularly make in-person sales calls to existing customers and new prospects
- Collaborate with knowledgeable customer service and technical support teams
- Utilization of tools, resources and CRM to plan and manage time and territory
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing or engineering OR 2-year technical degree in an industrial discipline
- 2+ years industrial sales experience
- Experience with rebuilding and repair of hydraulic equipment
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift items weighing as much as 50lbs
