As Head of E-Commerce and Digital Marketing, the purpose is to devise, construct, and handle digital marketing campaigns. This role focuses on boosting sales across Amazon, E-Commerce platforms, and brick & mortar stores by attracting external traffic.

Key responsibilities:

🧾 Drive revenue and profit on various E-Commerce platforms like Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com, and more.

📦 Oversee and manage relationships with external agencies, particularly Amazon.

🧾 Manage advertising and email marketing strategies.

💼 Conduct continuous research on new tactics and technologies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of digital marketing.

Working Hours ⏰: Full time position with at least 5-6 hours overlap with US East Coast (EST). Flexibility is embraced as long as there is enough overlap.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need to have:

✅ Proven experience in driving growth for consumer product sales.

✅ Experience growing net revenue on Amazon for a consumable product (etc. food or personal care product)

✅ A “hacker” mindset, coupled with a results-driven and persistent attitude – a refusal to accept “no” for an answer.

✅ Diverse insights into cutting-edge marketing tools, along with a keen interest in staying at the forefront of industry advancements.

✅ Proficiency in managing agencies and ensuring accountability.

✅ A deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, encompassing the latest tools (e.g., AI) and platforms (e.g., TikTok), and the capability to integrate them effectively.

✅ Understanding of marketing psychology and the recognition of the importance of testing and optimising for effective copy, hooks, and graphics.

✅ Strong expertise in funnel building and lead generation.

✅ An extremely data-driven approach.

✅Ability to forecast, strong P&L management

✅ The ability to execute effectively.
