Key success metrics include maintaining CSAT 90-95%, meeting SLA with average first response time ≤ 5 minutes, and consistently generating paid resume reviews from support interactions (min. 20% of new customers).
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience in customer support, customer success, or support-driven sales, working with US-based customers
- Fluent English and Russian
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills (clear, friendly, confident)
- Comfortable working with KPIs and performance metrics
- Customer-centric mindset with a business-oriented approach
- High-speed internet connection (VPN free)
