This role offers the opportunity to design and optimize digital experiences that guide users across key touchpoints, from acquisition to conversion. You will work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, partnering closely with developers, marketing, and analytics teams to drive measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate combines creative design skills with a strong understanding of conversion optimization, responsive design, and accessibility standards. You will produce high-velocity test designs, evolve component libraries, and contribute to scalable design workflows that impact user engagement and growth. This role is perfect for a designer who thrives on experimentation, collaboration, and creating data-driven digital experiences.
Accountabilities:
- Design and iterate on web modules, landing pages, and page components with a focus on performance and conversion.
- Develop high-velocity test designs, producing multiple A/B test variants weekly and landing page variants monthly.
- Build and maintain component libraries to ensure design consistency and scalability across products.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to implement designs while ensuring quality, accessibility, and compliance.
- Partner with analytics, growth, and marketing teams to design experiments and optimize user journeys.
- Support performance optimization efforts, including responsive design, load times, and image compression.
- Contribute to the evolution of scalable design workflows and processes within the design pod.
Requirements
- 7+ years of UI/web design experience with a strong portfolio focused on conversion-driven work.
- Proven success in high-velocity experimentation environments with A/B testing experience.
- Experience in growth marketing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) design.
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, particularly front-end developers.
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and performance optimization principles.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and methodologies used in CRO and user testing.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Webflow or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of animation specification and tools such as Rive or Lottie.
- Background in SaaS, B2B, or fintech product design.
