This role offers a high-impact opportunity to design and implement cutting-edge Salesforce solutions for enterprise contact centers. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to understand business processes, gather requirements, and architect scalable Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions. This position requires balancing technical expertise with strategic consulting, guiding implementations from design through deployment. You will influence contact center workflows, drive best practices, and ensure successful delivery of Salesforce solutions. Collaboration with AI and Salesforce teams will allow you to innovate and deliver next-generation customer experiences. The environment fosters autonomy, creativity, and continuous learning, with opportunities to lead enterprise-level projects and shape solution strategies.

Accountabilities:

  • Facilitate business process reviews to capture customer requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce contact center designs.
  • Configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions, applying best practices to minimize custom development.
  • Develop technical requirements and specifications for customers and internal technical teams.
  • Lead enterprise-level projects with accountability for successful completion and effective customer communication.
  • Deliver end-user training, documentation, and guidance to support solution adoption.
  • Partner with AI teams to integrate innovative Salesforce and AI-driven solutions.
  • Architect and implement Salesforce solutions using point-and-click tools (Process Builder, Visual Flows) and leverage the platform to achieve scalable outcomes.
  • Stay current on Salesforce features, major releases, and contact center routing strategies to enhance solutions.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on project experience in Salesforce implementation or configuration.
  • 3+ years working with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity.
  • Strong understanding of customer service and contact center operations, including solving complex use cases.
  • Solid knowledge of Salesforce Platform architecture, custom applications, Lightning Experience, Visual Flows, and Process Builders.
  • Experience with release management, application lifecycle, and deployment best practices.
  • Client-facing experience in pre-sales, discovery, solution design, and enterprise application architecture.
  • Preferred: Salesforce certifications (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud), detail-oriented, excellent communication skills, and adaptability to change.
  • Nice to have: knowledge of contact center architecture, VoIP protocols (SIP, WebRTC), Amazon Connect implementations, workforce management, outbound dialers, or campaign management experience.
