This role offers the opportunity to lead the front-end architecture for innovative platforms in Conversational AI and SaaS-based user/license management. You will design and implement responsive, secure, and scalable user interfaces while collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate modern UI frameworks, AWS services, and identity providers. The position emphasizes building reusable component libraries, accessible and brand-customizable designs, and real-time analytics dashboards. It is ideal for a seasoned UI architect who enjoys mentoring teams, driving technical excellence, and delivering high-quality user experiences in a remote, flexible environment.
Accountabilities
As a UI Architect, you will:
- Design and own the front-end architecture for conversational AI chatbots and SaaS user/license management platforms.
- Build reusable component libraries using modern frameworks such as ReactJS and NextJS.
- Develop responsive, ADA-compliant, mobile-first UIs with brand-customizable features.
- Implement multi-channel chatbot interfaces (web, mobile, Slack, MS Teams, WhatsApp) and integrate AWS services such as Cognito, Lex, and Transcribe.
- Create real-time dashboards and analytics for bot usage, license metrics, and audit logs.
- Implement secure login flows with MFA, RBAC, session management, and compliance with GDPR and CCPA standards.
- Lead, mentor, and manage UI development teams while ensuring code quality and architectural standards.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Backend Engineers, UX Designers, and DevOps for end-to-end delivery.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- 8+ years of UI/UX engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, and Tailwind CSS.
- Experience with AWS UI integration services (Cognito, Transcribe, Lex, Lambda).
- Familiarity with OAuth2, SSO, and Identity Providers like Okta, AD, or AWS Cognito.
- Knowledge of conversational UI/UX principles, chat frameworks, and speech interface design.
- Experience designing dashboards, admin consoles, and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of accessibility (ADA), responsive design, and multi-device testing.
- Experience with IWMS systems, facility management integrations, and voice-first UI/UX (mobile, smart speakers).
- Background in SaaS multi-tenant environments with license management functionality.

- Advanced experience with facility management software integrations.
- Exposure to complex voice-first UI/UX scenarios.
- Prior work in large-scale SaaS platforms with user and license management.
