As a Sr. Software Engineer II, you will be an integral member of a cross-functional team developing a cutting-edge AI-first platform. You will take ownership of critical features, design and implement cloud-native APIs and services, and contribute to the evolution of the platform’s architecture. Collaborating closely with product, design, and AI teams, you will deliver high-impact, scalable solutions that enhance user experience and drive innovation. Accountabilities:
- Design and develop full-stack applications, including cloud-native APIs and front-end experiences.
- Lead and contribute to key architectural decisions and mid-sized engineering projects.
- Collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to deliver AI-powered workflows and features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code across the technology stack.
- Continuously improve platform performance, reliability, and developer experience.
- Participate in code reviews, mentor team members, and promote a culture of technical excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software engineering.
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
- Experience with scalable microservice architectures; familiarity with AWS is preferred.
- Knowledge of GraphQL, event-driven systems (Kafka/SQS), and distributed databases.
- Experience delivering high-quality features in agile development environments.
- Familiarity with AI-driven solutions and modern AI tools is a plus.
