Accountabilities:
- Design, implement, and coordinate operational aspects of the program to ensure smooth execution.
- Develop strategic plans, objectives, and evaluation methods to measure program success.
- Conduct program research and prepare accurate operational, statistical, and financial reports in compliance with federal, state, and institutional policies.
- Design and deliver training programs, materials, and sessions, while representing the program at external events and meetings.
- Administer and monitor program budgets and grants, including financial forecasting and reporting.
- Serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining comprehensive program records.
- Supervise program staff, interns, and volunteers, and participate in committees as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of five years of related program management experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Proven experience designing, coordinating, and evaluating program operations.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop training materials and facilitate sessions effectively.
- Experience managing budgets, grants, and reporting in compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and maintain professional relationships.
- Capacity to supervise and mentor staff, interns, or volunteers in a professional environment.
- Flexibility to work primarily on-site, with potential remote work options as permitted by department discretion.
