This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of AI-driven products that directly impact business outcomes. As a Senior Product Manager for AI, you will own the product roadmap, translate complex business requirements into scalable AI solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, data scientists, and AI developers. You will ensure successful integration of AI initiatives into business processes, drive adoption, and measure performance against key metrics. Accountabilities
- Define, develop, and maintain the product roadmap for AI-driven products aligned with business objectives.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders, define use cases, and prioritize features to maximize business value.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable AI solutions.
- Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and AI developers to ensure accurate implementation and integration of AI solutions.
- Drive AI adoption within business processes, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
- Monitor and evaluate product performance using KPIs, user feedback, and business impact metrics.
- Own and manage the backlog for AI-related products, ensuring user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and executed efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 7+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, data analytics, or related roles.
- 3+ years of experience working with SQL.
- Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
- Proficiency with AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proven ability to deliver scalable AI solutions from ideation to deployment.
- Experience leading teams and mentoring individual contributors.
- Strong understanding of enterprise AI principles, data governance, and technology best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
