This role offers a unique opportunity to design, implement, and oversee enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions that directly impact business operations and client engagement. The Senior Salesforce Technical Architect will lead technical teams, develop scalable and secure architectures, and guide the adoption of best practices across projects. Accountabilities
- Design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions to meet business and technical requirements.
- Lead technical teams through the development, deployment, and maintenance of Salesforce applications.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
- Oversee system integrations, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability of Salesforce platforms.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to team members and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to best practices.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, recommending improvements to enhance user experience.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication with stakeholders effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional Salesforce development and implementation experience.
- At least 3 years serving as a Salesforce Technical Architect or in a senior technical leadership role.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Developer).
- Proven experience managing complex Salesforce projects and leading technical teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Preferred: experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration strategies, and web application development for enterprise-grade solutions.
