Accountabilities

As a Software Engineer - Fullstack, you will:

• Architect, develop, and maintain full-stack systems with high performance and scalability.
• Build and optimize APIs (RESTful and GraphQL) for seamless frontend-backend integration.
• Enhance system reliability and performance through monitoring, optimization, and best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to design and deliver cloud-based solutions.
• Proactively research and propose alternative technologies to improve implementations and results.
• Follow and contribute to engineering conventions, code standards, and best practices.
• Serve as a thought leader within the engineering team, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Fullstack Engineer or similar role.
• Experience developing production-level software with Node.js and/or complex React applications.
• Knowledge of RESTful and GraphQL API design and implementation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms.
• Working knowledge of GitHub, Jenkins, and automated testing tools.
• Experience with test-driven development and writing well-tested, maintainable code.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
