This role offers the opportunity to design and deliver next-generation web applications that serve millions of users. Accountabilities:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable full-stack web applications.
- Integrate and optimize third-party services, APIs, and platforms including GraphQL and CMS tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience, product functionality, and system reliability.
- Mentor engineers and enforce coding best practices through code reviews and architectural guidance.
- Implement web performance optimization, SEO, and accessibility standards.
- Drive technical planning, roadmap discussions, and scoping of complex features.
- Champion responsible and strategic use of AI tools to enhance developer productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with significant full-stack contributions.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Next.js).
- Experience designing and integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Solid understanding of backend frameworks, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, flexbox, grid, and mobile-first responsive design.
- Database experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Knowledge of web performance metrics (LCP, CLS) and optimization strategies.
- Strong collaboration, mentorship, and communication skills.
- Preferred: experience with design systems, CI/CD pipelines, CMS platforms, and AI-assisted development tools.
