We are seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer to join a high-impact Growth Apps team focused on driving user retention, monetization, internationalization, and growth experimentation across digital products. This role offers the opportunity to design and implement full-stack solutions that directly influence millions of users while working in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and data engineers to deliver features and experiments that accelerate growth and improve user engagement. Accountabilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack systems powering growth initiatives such as retention campaigns, monetization flows, and cross-sell features.
- Build, iterate, and deploy A/B and growth experiments to optimize conversion, engagement, and retention metrics.
- Own end-to-end delivery of projects from requirements gathering to design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, data engineers, and analysts to ensure growth initiatives are data-informed and measurable.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and quality of systems impacting millions of users worldwide.
- Contribute to engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing strategies, and automation.
- Prototype and create proofs-of-concept for rapid iteration and experimentation.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of professional software development experience in scalable full-stack or frontend/backend applications.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, and related web technologies.
- Solid understanding of API design, system architecture, and relational/non-relational databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience building data-driven systems or integrating with analytics frameworks (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4) to run experiments.
- Demonstrated ability to work on features that directly impact growth metrics such as retention, conversion, monetization, or internationalization.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to deliver in ambiguous situations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Startup mindset with high adaptability, eagerness to learn, and ability to move quickly.
