Software Developer (Remote - US)

This role offers the opportunity to design, build, and optimize innovative software solutions that support mission-critical operations. Accountabilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications, ensuring high performance, reliability, and usability.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve software issues and implement improvements or enhancements.
• Participate in creating user manuals and technical documentation.
• Lead or guide other developers on project assignments, reviewing work and providing mentorship.
• Utilize low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Appian, Salesforce, Nintex) to develop automation solutions based on BPMN models.
• Integrate applications with Microsoft SQL Server databases and .NET development environments.
• Follow agile or hybrid development methodologies and contribute to process optimization.
• Travel to client sites as required to support project execution and implementation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant software development experience.
• Experience with application programming interfaces (APIs) for low-code/no-code development platforms.
• Proficiency in business process modeling notation (BPMN) tools and automation software development.
• Hands-on experience with Appian, Salesforce, Nintex, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server databases and Microsoft .NET development environments.
• Familiarity with agile and hybrid software development methodologies.
• Relevant technical certifications from nationally recognized authorities.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Physical capability to perform office-based tasks, including prolonged computer use and lifting 15–25 pounds when necessary.
