As a Senior Technical Program Manager in Security, you will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that safeguard infrastructure, data, and compliance across critical systems. You will partner with engineering, legal, privacy, and security teams to design scalable programs and deliver measurable security outcomes. This role requires deep technical understanding, structured program execution, and the ability to influence diverse stakeholders. You will focus on driving high-impact initiatives such as vulnerability management, device and datacenter security, insider threat mitigation, and secure system integrations. Your work ensures that systems remain reliable, secure, and aligned with global compliance requirements.
Accountabilities:
- Lead and execute critical security programs spanning infrastructure, product, privacy, and compliance domains.
- Build scalable frameworks and processes for vulnerability management, incident response coordination, supply chain risk, and device security.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate security and privacy commitments into engineering milestones and track their implementation.
- Establish program-level visibility across risk areas, milestones, and dependencies to ensure reliable delivery.
- Communicate status, risks, trade-offs, and technical decisions clearly to executive and technical audiences.
- Drive cross-functional execution with urgency, rigor, and attention to detail.
- Mentor and support team members to foster collaboration, alignment, and security best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading complex technical programs in security, privacy, compliance, or enterprise infrastructure.
- Proven record managing cross-functional programs across engineering, infrastructure, legal, compliance, and product teams.
- Experience in a Senior Manager, Director, or equivalent role within high-scale technology companies.
- Deep understanding of engineering systems, security controls, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to operate in ambiguous, high-trust environments.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and capable of ensuring high-quality, durable program delivery.
- Experience driving initiatives across multiple security disciplines, including insider threat, information security, physical security, and IT systems.
