We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the development and transformation of a high-impact web platform. In this role, you will shape the technical strategy, enhance user experiences, and ensure the website delivers performance, reliability, and accessibility at scale. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Design, Product, and Marketing to implement an engaging, interactive, and robust web experience. This position offers the opportunity to mentor engineers, influence platform architecture, and contribute directly to the evolution of the company’s digital presence. Accountabilities
- Lead technical strategy for the web platform, ensuring performance, availability, reliability, accessibility, and overall user delight.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Marketing teams to define roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and execute projects.
- Develop full pages and templatized components, leveraging modern frameworks and a CMS for scalable web delivery.
- Onboard and mentor new team members while maintaining high technical standards.
- Represent web platform needs in broader frontend infrastructure and deployment discussions.
- Ensure monitoring, build, and deployment processes support rapid iteration and stable production environments.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a web engineer in tech companies with product-led growth.
- Extensive experience with static and server-side web platforms, including robust CMS integration.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, or other modern UI frameworks/libraries.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, and familiarity with technical SEO optimization.
- Prior experience integrating analytics and marketing platforms like Google Analytics, Marketo, and Segment.
- Proven track record mentoring mid- and senior-level engineers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence technical decisions and strategy.
