Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack (India)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a fully distributed, remote-first engineering team. In this role, you will lead major projects across the web application, designing and building solutions that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver scalable, high-quality features. Accountabilities

• Lead development of user-facing features across the platform, from design to deployment.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to understand user needs and enhance product experience.
• Influence the team’s technical strategy, software architecture, and product development roadmap.
• Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Advocate for engineering best practices and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate on API design, backend integration, and frontend feature implementation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building full stack software applications.
• Strong expertise in frontend technologies including React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Proficiency in backend development using Node.js, Python, Django, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL and Google Cloud Datastore.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, containerization, and orchestration tools (Docker, GKE, Google Cloud Tasks).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Collaborative team player with experience mentoring others and advocating for engineering best practices.
• Bonus: experience in influencer marketing, social media, e-commerce, or analytics integrations.
