In this role, you will take the lead on designing and implementing enterprise-grade software solutions that drive tangible business value for clients across multiple industries. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to solve complex problems using modern technologies, cloud platforms, and scalable architectures. Accountabilities
- Act as a trusted advisor and technical thought leader for clients and internal teams.
- Lead strategic technical direction, mentoring and upskilling peers and client teams.
- Solve complex software problems with innovative and scalable solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactively identify challenges, recommend solutions, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Promote software development best practices, including Agile methodologies, Test Automation, TDD, and CI/CD.
- Explore and apply emerging technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, Cloud, and IoT to solve business problems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack enterprise Java development experience.
- Experience with Git/GitHub, build tools like Gradle or Maven, and version control best practices.
- Familiarity with SQL, JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React), and Agile development processes.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is preferred.
- Desired experience with Kafka, Jenkins, or other continuous integration/continuous deployment tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills: influencer, professional, accountable, collaborative, and passionate about learning.
- Ability to solve technical challenges through analytical thinking and mentorship.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
