Senior Fullstack .NET/React Developer (Remote - Latam)

As a Senior Fullstack .NET/React Developer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications in a fully remote environment. You will work across both backend and frontend systems, contributing to cloud-hosted platforms while ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will participate in architecture discussions, technical decision-making, and code reviews. You will also mentor junior engineers and help build a culture of best practices, automation, and continuous improvement. This role offers the opportunity to impact critical enterprise systems, optimize cloud deployments, and contribute to innovative solutions that address complex business challenges.

Accountabilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications using .NET/C# and React.
• Deliver high-quality, well-tested code while following software engineering best practices.
• Enhance and support cloud-hosted systems (Azure or AWS) with monitoring, performance optimization, and reliability improvements.
• Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and participate in system architecture discussions.
• Review code, enforce engineering standards, and mentor junior developers.
• Monitor support channels, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Produce and maintain clear technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in full-stack development, architecture, and engineering.
• 5+ years of experience with .NET/C# and strong knowledge of React and frontend frameworks.
• Proven experience building enterprise-level applications and scalable cloud solutions.
• Strong experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control (Git).
• Solid understanding of RESTful Web Services, SQL databases, and software engineering best practices.
• Hands-on experience with deployment pipelines, ticketing/release tools (e.g., Jira), and load/end-to-end testing.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with advanced English proficiency to work effectively with international clients.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment while supporting team growth.
