We are seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to lead complex enterprise-level onboarding and implementation projects for major clients. In this role, you will oversee the full implementation lifecycle, from kickoff through go-live, ensuring scalable, high-quality delivery while serving as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and customer success to align client needs with platform capabilities. This position offers the opportunity to drive tangible outcomes, optimize client adoption, and contribute to strategic initiatives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and deep client engagement experience are essential to succeed in this role.
Accountabilities
- Own end-to-end implementation processes and timelines for enterprise clients, acting as the main delivery point of contact.
- Coordinate with internal teams—product, engineering, customer success, and compliance—to ensure alignment and successful execution.
- Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts and Engineers to implement core solutions for enterprise customers.
- Manage scope documentation, change requests, and ongoing decisions throughout the partner implementation process.
- Communicate risks clearly and proactively to internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Build and drive annual partner roadmaps in collaboration with Revenue and Product teams.
- Ensure scalable, repeatable processes that enhance client adoption and satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in client-facing implementation, program management, or solution delivery roles, preferably in SaaS or InsurTech.
- Proven track record managing complex enterprise implementations, ideally with large insurance carriers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and drive outcomes.
- Deep understanding of the insurance industry—including group and individual lines, underwriting, policy administration systems, and regulatory requirements—is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships at all client levels.
- Comfortable collaborating across technical and non-technical teams to solve complex problems.
- Experience with project management and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
