Senior Growth Engineer, Fullstack

We are seeking a Senior Growth Engineer to drive user acquisition, product adoption, and revenue growth through innovative, data-driven solutions. In this role, you will design and implement experiments across the entire customer journey, from onboarding to monetization, while optimizing the self-serve experience. You will collaborate closely with product, marketing, sales, and data teams to scale growth initiatives and enhance the user experience. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, technically skilled in full-stack development, and passionate about solving user problems with measurable impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position offers the opportunity to directly influence product growth and revenue strategies while working remotely or from the San Francisco Bay Area.

Accountabilities

• Develop and execute growth experiments across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Build and optimize user experiences to drive self-serve adoption and expand product usage within teams.
• Leverage analytics and data insights to identify growth opportunities and measure the impact of initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to implement growth strategies.
• Automate workflows for customer acquisition, lead qualification, and sales enablement.
• Contribute to technical growth initiatives, including onboarding flows, in-app experiments, and usage-based monetization models.
• Maintain and improve growth infrastructure, such as experimentation platforms, tracking systems, and data pipelines.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience writing production software and building web applications (stack includes Python, TypeScript, Postgres).
• Demonstrated experience with experimentation-driven approaches and rapid iteration.
• Strong full-stack development skills and ability to optimize end-to-end user experiences.
• Proactive communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience in product-led growth (PLG) and sales-led growth (SLG) initiatives is a plus.
• Ability to work in a remote environment within PST or MST time zones (San Francisco Bay Area preferred).
