Senior Application Developer (Remote - Latam)

This role offers the opportunity to lead the development of complex applications while shaping technical standards and mentoring a team of engineers. You will work on scalable systems, implement new features, and ensure high performance, security, and maintainability across applications. Collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams, you will drive architectural decisions, solve challenging technical problems, and integrate innovative solutions including AI-powered tools. The position combines hands-on coding, system design, and leadership responsibilities, allowing you to make a direct impact on both the team and the product’s success. This fully remote role provides flexibility while enabling you to contribute to cutting-edge, large-scale systems in a dynamic environment.

Accountabilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable systems and application features.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering technical excellence and collaboration.
• Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Diagnose and resolve complex performance, scalability, and reliability challenges.
• Partner with product and design teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Integrate AI-driven tools and innovative approaches to improve efficiency and delivery.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in system design, architecture, and debugging large-scale applications.
• Strong proficiency in Azure frameworks, including .NET, Function Apps, and Durable Functions.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services, Kubernetes, Kafka, ADX, Snowflake, and agentic AI deployments.
• Mastery of multiple programming languages: JavaScript, Angular, CSS, SQL, Python, and/or C#.
• Deep understanding of code quality best practices, testing strategies, and agile methodologies.
• Ability to mentor teams, foster collaboration, and drive operational efficiency using AI tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills in a fully remote setting.
