In this role, you will drive the strategic architecture of marketing technology solutions, helping clients optimize their Adobe ecosystem to achieve business goals. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their challenges, design innovative solutions, and guide implementation across Adobe Experience Platform, RTCDP, Target, Campaign, Experience Manager, Analytics, and Journey Optimizer. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide thought leadership, design NorthStar architectures, and ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value. This position combines strategic consulting with hands-on architecture design, offering a dynamic, client-facing environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning.
Accountabilities:
- Assess clients’ current marketing architectures and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with clients to define business objectives, translating them into actionable solutions using Adobe technologies.
- Lead architecture design sessions and workshops, providing best practices and strategic guidance.
- Develop NorthStar Architectures aligned with client use cases and Adobe standards.
- Design and implement innovative solutions across Adobe Marketing technologies.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform client strategies.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience architecting solutions with Adobe Marketing technology, including Adobe Experience Platform, RTCDP, Target, Campaign, Experience Manager, Analytics, Journey Optimizer, and Journey Analytics.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and the ability to align technology with business goals.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects in a consulting environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients at all organizational levels.
- Adobe certifications in relevant technologies are a plus.
- Experience with solution design workshops, strategic planning, and client advisory roles.
