Accountabilities:
- Support project safety compliance efforts and ensure adherence to industry regulations.
- Assist with cost reporting, project estimates, and financial tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to project sequencing, scheduling, and production analysis.
- Coordinate material and equipment procurement and manage change order requests.
- Collaborate with general contractors, owners, and internal teams under supervision.
- Assist with reporting requirements including field time, productivity, and material usage.
- Learn and comply with company standards, processes, and construction best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or at least four years of relevant construction experience.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project).
- Familiarity with construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, CMIC) is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
