In this role, you will support the deployment, testing, and commissioning of advanced control systems used in large-scale automated environments. You will work both in the office and on-site to prepare documentation, execute system tests, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers through new installations. The position combines hands-on electrical and mechanical work with software configuration, offering a dynamic mix of travel, teamwork, and technical depth. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams, support system improvements, and ensure seamless implementation of complex automation solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working in fast-paced environments, and supporting cutting-edge automation technologies.

Accountabilities

  • Prepare commissioning projects, documentation, and factory test plans while ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Support customers and commissioning teams with technical guidance and troubleshooting throughout the commissioning cycle.
  • Test and verify electrical control cabinets and equipment on-site while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Install, configure, and commission automated subsystems, providing electrical support as needed.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve electrical and mechanical issues during installation and startup.
  • Train customer teams on system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Update electrical schematics based on final on-site conditions and support development of new products when applicable.
  • Provide hotline and remote support to existing customers and ensure strict adherence to jobsite safety requirements.
  • Coordinate daily tasks with internal departments, customer teams, and external stakeholders to maintain project alignment.

Requirements

  • Strong general computer skills with basic knowledge of Linux, Python, Java, and C++.
  • Understanding of basic networking concepts, along with strong mechanical and electrical technical aptitude.
  • Ability to work overtime and travel frequently, depending on project needs: 60–80% travel for site-based work or 20% or less for local employees.
  • Ability to attend mandatory training in Georgia during the first months of employment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to obtain a passport.
  • Comfortable working in environments requiring climbing, tool handling, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Professional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
