As a Program Manager in Creative Digital Design, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of digital and static creative assets across multiple channels. You will act as the central coordinator between internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on brand, and optimized for their intended purpose. This role is ideal for a process-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and enjoys translating creative ideas into structured, executable plans. You will drive operational excellence, streamline creative workflows, and help balance priorities across marketing, creative, and retail initiatives. The position provides exposure to cross-functional leadership, vendor management, and continuous process improvement, supporting a collaborative, innovative culture.
Accountabilities
In this role, you will:
- Own the intake, prioritization, and tracking of creative requests across digital and static channels.
- Manage end-to-end creative workflows including web design, marketing banners, social media content, email visuals, and blog graphics.
- Partner with Creative, Copy, and Marketing teams to ensure timely execution and brand consistency.
- Coordinate with external vendors to manage outsourced creative production, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
- Oversee the development of retail, marketplace, digital ad, and social assets, as well as PR and one-off creative requests.
- Work with Legal and internal stakeholders to manage copy reviews and maintain compliance.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment, project kickoffs, milestone reviews, and resource allocation.
- Drive process ideation and continuous improvement, optimizing creative operations and reducing inefficiencies.
Requirements
Candidates should have:
- 4+ years of experience in creative program management or marketing operations, preferably in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Deep understanding of digital and static creative workflows, timelines, and asset types.
- Proven ability to coordinate with vendors and manage outsourced creative pipelines.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
- Familiarity with project/program management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or Trello.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Understanding of legal and compliance workflows related to marketing and creative content is a plus.
- Experience in retail, eCommerce, or consumer product creative teams preferred.
