Mobile App Developer (Flutter) (Remote - Latam)

We are seeking a skilled Mobile App Developer with expertise in Flutter to join a fully remote, Latin America–based team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting and maintaining mobile applications, integrating APIs, and delivering high-quality app experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless development, while contributing to the full software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, fluent in English, and passionate about learning and improving their mobile development skills. This position offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects with international clients in a flexible, remote-friendly environment.

Accountabilities

• Convert existing native iOS and Android applications to Flutter to simplify maintenance and updates.
• Maintain, enhance, and optimize existing mobile applications.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and implement new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices for source control, CI/CD, and unit testing.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver new app functionalities on schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in mobile app development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Flutter.
• Experience with native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Java/Kotlin) development is a plus.
• Proficient in spoken and written English (Intermediate level or higher).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and skill improvement.
