Fullstack - Software Engineer - Integrations

As a Fullstack Software Engineer specializing in integrations, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable integration solutions connecting a wide array of internal and external systems. Your work will enable seamless data flow and orchestration across platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, Avalara, and other enterprise systems. You will be responsible for API development, event-driven microservices, and workflow orchestration while ensuring security, reliability, and scalability. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will implement best practices for integration design, automated workflows, and monitoring. This role offers the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, participate in code reviews, and contribute to a collaborative, growth-focused environment that values innovation and quality.

Accountabilities

• Design, implement, and manage integration solutions across multiple enterprise systems.
• Build and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs, messaging flows, and orchestrations using tools such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, BPEL, AWS Step Functions, and Airflow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, reliable integration solutions.
• Ensure secure data exchange, API lifecycle management, and proper documentation using tools like Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Monitor integrations, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in JavaEE, Spring Boot, and full-stack integrations development.
• Strong experience delivering end-to-end services, from requirements gathering to production deployment.
• Hands-on expertise with API development (REST & GraphQL) and integration patterns.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, Avalara, and their integration models (SOAP, REST, SDK).
• Knowledge of cloud-native development and deployment in AWS or similar environments.
• Familiarity with event-driven microservices, CQRS/event sourcing, and orchestration workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
