Requirements
- 8+ years of program or project management experience
- Strong expertise in program planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment
- Experience in SaaS operations, data analytics, AI, and automation technologies
- Ability to dive into technical details while maintaining a strategic view of program status
- Proven influence across teams and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Clay, Zapier/Make/Glean/N8N, Retool, Intercom, PlanHat, or similar
- Experience defining KPIs, managing change, and presenting outcomes to senior leadership
- Data-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
