We are seeking a Lead Implementation Engineer to ensure client success by managing the end-to-end implementation of software platforms for enterprise customers. This role combines technical expertise with excellent communication skills to guide clients through configuration, testing, and deployment. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and continuously improve implementation processes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is passionate about driving long-term client satisfaction and adoption.
Accountabilities
- Lead client implementations from kickoff to go-live, ensuring the platform is configured to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and conduct testing.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for complex integrations and platform issues.
- Document processes, create tools, and refine procedures to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining proactive communication and alignment across stakeholders.
- Mentor and support junior implementation team members, contributing to the overall growth of the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- 2+ years of experience integrating with web APIs.
- Strong technical foundation with the ability to read, write, and understand code in multiple languages (Python, JSON, GitHub, terminal); experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks (React, Node.js) is a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of leading client meetings and explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to solve complex technical problems pragmatically, independently, and efficiently.
- Excellent time management and project coordination skills to handle multiple client engagements.
- Passion for client success, with a consultative approach to implementation and problem-solving.
