This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced software engineer to contribute to the full stack development of modern, client-facing applications. You will work on complex features while collaborating closely with product teams and stakeholders to ensure high-quality solutions that deliver real business value. The position combines hands-on coding, architectural thinking, and mentoring of junior engineers, all within a flexible, fully-remote environment. Ideal candidates are proactive, outcome-oriented, and skilled at both frontend and backend development, with a focus on React and .NET technologies. You will have the autonomy to make impactful technical decisions while supporting an agile, collaborative team across Latin America.
Accountabilities
- Develop scalable and responsive frontend interfaces using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Build and maintain secure, efficient backend applications and RESTful APIs using .NET and C#.
- Integrate frontend and backend components, ensuring seamless data flow and high-quality user experiences.
- Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and documentation of technical approaches.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering technical growth within the team.
- Identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and maintain best coding practices.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to align development with business outcomes.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with hands-on React and .NET expertise.
- Demonstrable experience building attractive user interfaces and data-driven REST APIs.
- Strong knowledge of database administration and cloud/server management.
- Experience applying DevOps practices and Agile methodologies in a collaborative environment.
- Solid understanding of application architecture and full-stack integration.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with clients and team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
