We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead the deployment and successful adoption of a high-impact SaaS platform for top-tier clients. In this role, you will oversee multiple complex projects, ensuring seamless delivery, client satisfaction, and measurable business outcomes. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to implement cutting-edge digital workflow solutions that redefine operational efficiency. Accountabilities:
- Manage a portfolio of complex implementation projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring all objectives are met on time and within scope.
- Serve as the main point of contact and escalation for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams — including Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success — to drive alignment and deliver seamless implementations.
- Oversee project deliverables, timelines, and risk management to maintain consistent quality and efficiency.
- Facilitate agile sprint planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), and software release processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, from C-level executives to end users.
- Continuously improve internal delivery methodologies, documentation, and best practices to enhance scalability and customer success.
- Collaborate with external partners and support co-delivery to strengthen the implementation ecosystem.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in a customer-facing project management, implementation, or consulting role within the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of SaaS implementation methodologies and professional services delivery frameworks.
- Proven experience managing complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Expertise in agile methodologies, user testing, and quality assurance processes.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at executive and operational levels.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing several projects simultaneously.
- Proven success in escalation management and navigating challenging conversations with professionalism.
- Self-motivated and proactive, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments with minimal supervision.
- Experience in multilingual or global business environments is a plus.
