We are seeking a strategic and operational leader to drive product strategy and execution across multiple initiatives. In this role, you will translate high-level vision into measurable outcomes, align cross-functional teams, and ensure products deliver meaningful impact. You will manage portfolio planning, operational cadence, and data-driven decision-making while serving as a Chief of Staff to senior product leadership. This position demands a balance of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and hands-on execution in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. Your work will directly accelerate product delivery, optimize resource allocation, and elevate the overall performance of the product organization.
Accountabilities
- Partner with senior leadership to define product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and manage portfolio investment trade-offs.
- Facilitate operational cadence, including QBRs, MBRs, release governance, risk reviews, and post-launch assessments.
- Build and maintain product health and ROI dashboards, including metrics like adoption, engagement, NRR impact, and cost to serve.
- Translate research, customer insights, and support data into actionable experiments, decision memos, and strategic recommendations.
- Orchestrate cross-functional launch readiness with GTM, customer success, security, and legal teams.
- Serve as Chief of Staff to senior product leadership, managing strategic initiatives, executive materials, and alignment across the organization.
- Lead and develop a small Product Operations team, owning tooling, process improvements, and data quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years in B2B SaaS with experience in product strategy, product operations, or product management across multi-product or platform environments.
- Proven ability to plan portfolio investments and quantify outcomes such as NRR, adoption, and cost to serve.
- Expertise in operational cadence, including OKRs, QBRs/MBRs, release governance, and risk/dependency management.
- Strong executive communication skills: crafting narratives and decision memos for leadership and boards tied to metrics.
- High data fluency: ability to build KPI frameworks, ROI dashboards, and leverage data for experimentation.
- Experience driving cross-functional execution from discovery through launch and post-launch measurement.
- Ability to simplify processes, drive adoption, and maintain high execution quality.
- Proficiency with product analytics, roadmap, and work management tools; comfortable querying or partnering on data analysis.

- Experience acting as Chief of Staff to product or technology leadership.
- Proven record of simplifying complex operating models and increasing execution speed without added bureaucracy.
