We are seeking a visionary product leader to drive the next phase of growth across multiple products, platforms, and data initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in scaling B2B SaaS organizations, shaping strategy across product portfolios, and delivering measurable business outcomes. You will lead cross-functional teams, embed AI-first capabilities, and create a connected ecosystem that maximizes adoption, retention, and expansion. Success in this position comes from translating market insights into actionable strategies, aligning product, design, and engineering, and building a high-performing, data-driven product organization.
Accountabilities
- Define and execute a multi-product strategy that integrates core applications, data capabilities, and AI-enhanced experiences.
- Design pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies to drive adoption and maximize enterprise value.
- Lead the development of a data and insights strategy, enabling competitive advantage, analytics-driven decision-making, and new monetization opportunities.
- Champion AI use cases across classification, recommendations, and workflow automation to accelerate customer and business impact.
- Build and scale product operations frameworks focused on outcomes, metrics, and iterative improvement.
- Conduct continuous customer discovery to validate needs, refine product-market fit, and guide roadmap priorities.
- Operate collaboratively across Product, Design, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management, with 5+ years leading product teams across multi-product portfolios.
- Proven success in building and scaling products from 0→1 and 1→n within a unified platform.
- Strong understanding of multi-product pricing, packaging, and adoption strategies to drive ACV and retention.
- Experience monetizing or productizing data, analytics, or AI-driven features into measurable customer value.
- Expertise in outcome-based roadmapping, discovery, and lean delivery methodologies.
- Exceptional collaboration and executive communication skills, able to align product strategy with business goals.
- Experience in operational SaaS or PropTech is a plus; the ability to quickly learn new verticals is essential.
