The Fullstack Product Software Engineer will design and implement responsive, intuitive interfaces and robust back-end systems, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and analysts. You will work on both short- and long-term roadmaps, making technical and product trade-offs that maximize user impact while maintaining high-quality code. The role emphasizes mentorship, collaboration, and continuous improvement within an innovative engineering culture. Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain user-facing applications and supporting systems, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and analysts to translate user needs into functional, high-quality software.
• Implement full-stack solutions, including front-end (JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML5, CSS3) and back-end (Python, Node.js) components.
• Execute against both short- and long-term product roadmaps, making effective trade-offs between user experience, business impact, and technical foundation.
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and process improvements to support team growth and maintain a culture of excellence.
• Contribute to internal tools, infrastructure, and initiatives that enhance engineering productivity and collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of software engineering or industry experience.
• Experience developing and shipping large-scale web applications with user-centric design principles.
• Strong front-end skills using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML5, CSS3.
• Back-end experience with Python or Node.js, including API and database management.
• Ability to handle full-stack projects and deliver working prototypes efficiently.
• Familiarity with Git for version control and collaborative development.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Preferred: Experience developing server-side logic, managing databases, and integrating APIs with asynchronous communication patterns.
