Full Stack Engineer (with AI) (Latam)

You will contribute across the stack, building microservices, responsive web interfaces, and cloud-native solutions while leveraging AI tools like Claude to optimize coding and workflows. The position allows you to experiment, prototype rapidly, and deliver impactful features that directly enhance product performance. You will collaborate with a remote, cross-functional team, shaping scalable services and clean frontends while continuously improving automation and development efficiency. Accountabilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications including microservices and web interfaces.
• Rapidly prototype and ship new features using AI-powered coding tools.
• Architect scalable and maintainable backend services and responsive frontends.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and optimize development workflows.
• Containerize applications and manage deployment using Docker and cloud infrastructure.
• Continuously improve automation, development processes, and overall team productivity.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python (Flask) and JavaScript (React, Tailwind CSS).
• Experience with microservices architecture, cloud-native solutions, and containerization (Docker).
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud infrastructure and deployment processes.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions or other CI/CD tools.
• Ability to integrate and leverage AI coding assistants like Claude.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
