Full Stack Developer (Remote LATAM)

In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of web and mobile applications across diverse projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-performance software, ensuring quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices. Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web and mobile applications using modern frameworks.
• Design, implement, and test application components to ensure functionality and performance.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain high-quality outputs.
• Contribute to architectural and design discussions, offering insights and recommendations.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance application development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a software developer, with full stack expertise.
• Proficiency in React and Node.js; experience with React Native is required.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile application development principles.
• Experience in code review, debugging, and troubleshooting for high-quality outputs.
• Upper-intermediate or higher English (B2+) with strong conversational and written skills.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; exposure to additional programming languages, frameworks, or technologies.
