ETL Developer II (Remote - US)

We are seeking a skilled ETL Developer II to design, enhance, and maintain robust data integration processes across internal systems. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to work closely with a small, collaborative team to ensure seamless data flow, accurate reporting, and reliable insights for decision-making. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable ETL pipelines, working with APIs, and supporting business teams with efficient and automated data solutions. Accountabilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to support business functions and internal teams.
• Administer the ETL ecosystem, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business logic and deliver effective integration solutions.
• Generate reports and queries from databases to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Automate workflows and continuously improve processes for efficiency and reliability.
• Integrate data through APIs and other tools to support seamless information exchange.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in data pipelines to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Talend, SSIS, Informatica).
• Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation, reporting, and analysis.
• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and data integrations.
• Familiarity with BI and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Preferred: Knowledge of data governance, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and data quality best practices.
