As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you will collaborate with sales, implementation, and product teams to design and deliver impactful technical solutions that help global organizations streamline their workflows and unlock business efficiency. Accountabilities:

• Partner with Account Executives to understand prospects’ goals, challenges, and technical environments.
• Design, build, and present tailored product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts aligned with customer needs.
• Lead discovery sessions to translate complex business requirements into clear technical solutions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and value teams to deliver seamless pre-sales evaluations.
• Build trusted relationships with key enterprise stakeholders, guiding them through the technical decision-making process.
• Collect market and customer insights to inform product improvements and enhance platform capabilities.
• Support sales pipeline generation and contribute to go-to-market success through technical excellence and collaboration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Enterprise Solutions Engineer or in a similar pre-sales technical role.
• Strong technical proficiency, with hands-on experience in software configuration, integration, or system architecture.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence executive audiences.
• Proven ability to manage complex solution evaluations and balance multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• A proactive and independent mindset, able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Strong collaboration skills and a passion for working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
• Curiosity, empathy, and a mission-driven approach toward helping organizations solve real-world challenges.
• Located within the EMEA region and able to attend hybrid work sessions in London as required.
