This role is perfect for a detail-oriented and organized professional who enjoys keeping teams aligned and operations running smoothly. You will support Product and Engineering teams by coordinating schedules, managing communications, and assisting with planning cycles, all-hands meetings, and team events. Collaborating with senior leaders across multiple functions, you’ll play a central role in ensuring projects and initiatives stay on track. Accountabilities
- Coordinate calendars, recurring meetings, executive reviews, and department-wide sessions.
- Draft and distribute internal communications, maintain documentation, and support goal tracking.
- Assist with logistics and materials preparation for quarterly and annual planning cycles.
- Update and maintain operational process documentation, track action items, and identify potential blockers.
- Support coordination of team events, engineering all-hands, and in-person or virtual offsites.
- Aid project tracking, follow up on action items, and facilitate cross-team collaboration.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative or operations support, ideally in a tech or software development environment.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing schedules, meetings, and internal communications.
- Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and project tracking platforms like Jira or Confluence.
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and support a fast-moving, distributed team.
- Ability to work across time zones, occasionally outside standard working hours.
