In this role, you will play a key part in improving the accuracy and performance of advanced AI systems by organizing, labeling, and reviewing large datasets. You will work with diverse types of data, including text, images, and other digital content, ensuring that it meets high-quality standards and follows established guidelines. This position allows you to contribute directly to the development of cutting-edge AI models, while working remotely with flexible hours. Training will be provided to ensure you have the tools and knowledge needed to succeed. Attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to follow structured processes are essential. Your contributions will help shape the capabilities of AI technologies used across multiple industries.
Accountabilities:
- Review, annotate, and categorize data (text, images, and other formats) according to detailed guidelines.
- Apply predefined taxonomies and rubrics to ensure consistency and high-quality outputs.
- Synthesize large volumes of information into structured formats for AI training purposes.
- Identify and flag inconsistencies, errors, or ambiguities within datasets.
- Collaborate with the AI development team to enhance dataset quality and support model improvements.
- Follow established processes and maintain thorough documentation of annotation work.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across tasks.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex or high-volume information into structured formats.
- Prior experience with rubrics, taxonomies, or standardized guidelines is preferred but not required.
- Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively in a remote environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new annotation tools and AI training workflows.
