Data Analytics (Remote - India)

We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics specialist for a 6-month contract (extendable) to support advanced data modeling, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives. In this role, you will design and maintain scalable ETL pipelines, leverage cloud-based data platforms, and deliver actionable insights that drive business strategy. The ideal candidate combines technical mastery with analytical acumen, ensuring data accuracy and high-quality reporting. This fully remote opportunity requires occasional quarterly visits to offices in Noida, Gurgaon, or Pune, offering flexibility while maintaining collaboration with a dynamic cross-functional team.

Accountabilities:

• Design, build, and maintain efficient data models and ETL pipelines.
• Utilize Snowflake and Sigma BI for advanced analytics, reporting, and data visualization.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for large, complex datasets.
• Apply Python or R for statistical analysis, data transformation, and predictive modeling.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across analytical processes.
• Present analytical insights and recommendations in a clear, actionable format for decision-makers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Analytics or a related field.
• Proven expertise in Snowflake, Sigma BI, SQL, Data Modeling, ETL, and Python/R.
• Strong capability in managing and analyzing large datasets efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and meet project deadlines.
• Immediate or short-notice availability will be preferred.
