Blockchain Data Solutions Engineer (Remote - Europe and US)

As a Blockchain Data Solutions Engineer, you will act as a bridge between technical products and customer needs, helping clients leverage onchain data to solve complex business challenges. You will work closely with sales teams and customer-facing stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into actionable solutions, and demonstrate how blockchain analytics tools can provide value. This role involves guiding analysts, engineers, and digital asset teams on querying, integrating, and interpreting onchain data across multiple blockchain networks. You will also provide feedback to product and engineering teams to improve tools and services, while contributing to the broader data and analytics community. The position offers opportunities to work with cutting-edge blockchain technologies, influence product development, and make an impact on a rapidly evolving digital ecosystem.

Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer goals, business use cases, and technical environments.
• Translate business requirements into concrete onchain data solutions and workflows.
• Explain datasets, APIs, and data-sharing services in clear, actionable terms for customers.
• Guide clients in querying and integrating blockchain data across multiple chains.
• Provide examples, demos, and technical support to illustrate solutions effectively.
• Share field insights with product and engineering teams to inform tool improvements.
• Support discussions on security, integration, and technical feasibility with client teams.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of onchain data, including events, decoded contracts, and protocol state changes across EVM and non-EVM chains.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, data consulting, solutions engineering, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and APIs, with experience in at least one programming language such as Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or Go.
• Experience in customer-facing or pre-sales roles, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to leverage AI-driven tools and insights to improve workflows and decision-making.
• Based in Europe or Eastern US timezones, with strong remote collaboration skills.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with dbt or other data transformation tools.
• Hands-on experience with modern data warehouses/lakes such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
• Active contributions to analytics or crypto data communities, with visibility as an onchain data expert.
