This role is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows across the organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand existing processes, identify automation opportunities, and implement scalable solutions. Leveraging tools like UiPath, you will build, test, and maintain automated workflows that support day-to-day operations and integrate with AI or machine learning capabilities where applicable. The position offers the chance to influence process improvement, optimize performance, and contribute directly to organizational goals. This role combines technical expertise, problem-solving, and collaboration to deliver high-impact automation initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and define project scope, identifying opportunities for automation.
- Design, develop, configure, and deploy automation workflows and bots using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and related products.
- Create maintainable automation solutions following best practices for development, governance, and scalability.
- Integrate structured and unstructured data sources to support workflow automation and enhance solution capabilities.
- Implement AI, machine learning, or natural language processing components to enable intelligent decision-making.
- Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and support production deployment of automation solutions.
- Monitor and optimize automations for efficiency, reliability, and performance.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of workflows, configurations, and technical specifications; report progress to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, with 3-5 years of experience in automation development.
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with UiPath RPA development, including designing, building, and deploying automation workflows.
- Experience with other RPA platforms or automation tools (Power Automate, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) is a plus.
- Preferred: advanced degree or experience in healthcare.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of process mining, process optimization, and workflow analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities for working with business and technical teams.
- Preferred certifications: UiPath Developer (Associate or Advanced) or additional credentials in automation, AI, or cloud technologies.
