This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Associate Application Development Analyst (.Net Developer) in India.
As an Associate Application Development Analyst, you will be part of a collaborative team responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing high-performing .NET applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to deliver scalable, resilient solutions that meet business objectives. This role provides the opportunity to apply best practices in software development, participate in Agile and DevOps processes, and contribute to the evolution of the organization’s technology stack. You will also have the chance to mentor junior developers, enhance integration workflows, and stay current with emerging IT technologies. The position emphasizes continuous learning, problem-solving, and delivering quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Accountabilities
- Develop, update, and maintain services across multiple versions of the .NET Framework including .NET Core 3.1+, .NET 5/6/8.
- Employ Test Driven Development (TDD) to ensure maintainable, high-quality code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices.
- Create unit tests and provide code coverage for robust application functionality.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
- Document designs, issues, and solutions implemented; assist in developing logical and physical specifications.
- Contribute to improving software delivery through DevOps practices and automation.
- Develop low-level design documents and reusable components for scalable enterprise solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 4–6 years of total IT experience, with a minimum of 4 years in .NET development.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and implementing integrations such as REST and SOAP.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps/CI-CD practices.
- Ability to mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Preferred experience in healthcare, consulting, or client service delivery.
- Familiarity with software architecture, SOA services, process modeling, and workflow design.
