Application Developer (Remote - Latam)

This role offers the opportunity to design, develop, and deliver software features in a dynamic, collaborative environment. You will take ownership of small to medium-sized projects, contributing across the full development lifecycle from design to implementation, testing, and documentation. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help build scalable and maintainable solutions that meet business needs. The position combines hands-on coding, problem-solving, and collaboration with opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency using AI-driven tools. Fully remote, this role allows you to contribute from anywhere in Latin America while engaging with a diverse and agile team.

Accountabilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable software features.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
• Participate in peer code reviews to uphold development standards.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and design teams to align solutions with business goals.
• Contribute to and maintain technical documentation.
• Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and improve development efficiency through AI tools.

Requirements

• Proficiency in programming languages including JavaScript, Angular, CSS, SQL, Python, and/or C#.
• Experience with Microsoft Function App development and cloud-based frameworks.
• Familiarity with security best practices and Snowflake data processing.
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies, task estimation, and iterative delivery.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote setting.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows and efficiency.
